Description
Why is this called Ludlow? The inspiration comes from the Gin & Tonic. Ludlow is a little market town in England close to the border of Wales with history that dates back to the medieval time. Apart from its history and the ruined castle dating back to the 11th century, it is famed to have the most number of Michelin rated restaurants in the UK outside of London. On a trip back a few years ago, my sister and I stayed in a delightful old boutique hotel in Ludlow and over dinner made our way through their extensive gin and tonic menu!
