What size are your gift boxes?
We use a range of different sized boxes and baskets to best house and present their beautiful contents
What payment methods do you accept?
We require a 50% deposit payment on ordering with the balance paid in full prior to delivery. When we order custom branded items with your unique branding you require payment in full for these.
What is the lead time?

Two weeks lead time from delivery date is preferred. However, we pride ourselves on our ability to meet our clients’ requirements, so please contact us to discuss your timescales if your lead time is shorter

Can I cancel my order?
We like remain flexible and will work with you to adjust accordingly
Can I change my order once it is placed?
Prior to dispatch we will work with you to make any reasonable changes to your order.
Can you add my logo to my gift box and/or gift tag?

Yes, we can create specially branded gift boxes, gift tags and tissue paper for your gifts. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can you add the recipients name to the gift box and/or gift tag?

Yes, we can personalise the gift boxes with the recipients name. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Do you have a minimum order size?
Our MOQ is 10 units except when using our concierge service and then there is no minimum order.
How are my gifts delivered?
Personal delivery to your office location (one location in 150km radius from metro Melbourne) is included. Bulk deliveries further afield or interstate will be quoted separately.

Courier delivery to individual recipients is available priced at $15 per box.

What if my gifts arrive damaged?

Go Above and Beyond personally oversees delivery to one address as part of your order, but in the unlikely event that any gifts are damaged, please take a photo of the package(s) and send your images to hello@goaboveandbeyond.com.au so we can organise a replacement.

Please note we are unable to offer a refund for damaged deliveries and offer a like for like replacement.

Covid-19 H&S procedures and delivery
Health and wellbeing is of utmost importance currently and we are taking extra precautions during the pandemic to ensure everyone’s safety.

As well as following the advice issued by the Australian and Victorian government health departments we are:

  • thoroughly washing and sanitising hands before and after packing each gift box
  • sanitising hands before and after pickups and customer deliveries
  • keeping the correct social distance when delivering gifts and wearing face coverings as required.
  • if preferred, gifts can be left at the front door of residential addresses or at the main entrance of commercial addresses.
